downtown Hot Springs (2.3 miles from Convention center-4 miles to the
Oaklawn Race Track) and bordering the lush shade of the National Park, the
rustic feel of this privately located cottage home has all the modern
conveniences you desire.
Take a hike up the mountain on a secluded path about a 1/2 mile down the
road or drive just a few minutes down a winding road to Gulpha Gorge
National Park camp ground and recreation area. If it's thrills you seek,
Magic Springs Amusement Park is just an eight minute drive from your door,
and it's 25 minutes to the sun and sailing of sparkling Lake Ouachita.
Children will enjoy the pleasant neighborhood with little traffic, and you
will appreciate the convenience of being close to local restaurants, Oak
Lawn horse track, and much more.
If you need to stay connected to the outside , we offer free wireless
internet connection and for a nominal fee we can supply a computer. The
house has central heat and air conditioning for your comfort.

Sleeping setup
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed (sleeps two)
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed (sleeps two)
Bedroom 3 has a full size bed (sleeps two)
Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds (each sleep one- total two)
If 5 or more people there will be an additional 10.00 per person per
night.
Optional there is an additional cottage in the back of the rental that
will sleep 4 more for 95.00 a night. The Cottage is rented out separately
with a minimum of 3 nights. It includes:
1 King Size bed
2 Twin Beds
a small refrigerator and microwave
1 1/2 bathroom with Shower, Sink & toilet
Pets OK, - Small Pets $7 per day extra per pet
Big Pets $10 per day extra per pet
Please no pets over 70 lbs
NOTE: Check in time 3pm Check out time is 11am - Depending on schedule -
changes in time may be possible with prior arrangement. Refundable
security deposit may be required depending on the group size and length of
stay.
Nightly: $180/night(2 night minimum).
On Derby Wkend July 4th Labor & memorial day- Min 3 days
Weekly:
Mid Season: $800/week 6 nights.
High Season: $850/week 6 nights.
Monthly rate at $120 per day
